“Autumn is very good at identifying (and correcting) technical problems, and I really like that she picks up on little details and makes sure to correct them throughout the lessons. She's also very good at balancing praise with criticism - she always points out positive aspects first and then goes into what needs to be corrected and changed, which is very motivating and encouraging. Whilst she does make sure I work on arias suitable for my voice, she always gives me a selection to choose from and takes my opinion/taste into account.”
